Scott Schreuder

Having attained a Bsc in Sports Science Scott went on to complete numerous other qualifications including those from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association and being a Strength and Conditioning coach.

He is an internationally acclaimed Master Trainer and presents at various seminars and workshops around the world including IDEA World Fitness Convention.

Being South Africa's leading Functional Trainer, Scott is the International Master Trainer for products such as TRX, ViPR, TP Therapy and many more. He is South Africa's only 5-star rated international presenter, as rated by IDEA Fitness Association, the world largest Fitness organization.


Duanne Marshall

Duane has been actively involved in the sports and wellness industry since 2007 having studied at the University of Johannesburg, Reebok Education and Damlin.

Duane's experience in managing various gyms, extending from small personalised one-on-one gyms to large commercial gyms , helped him hone his managerial and leadership skills, which he uses to his maximize his thriving Johannesburg-based personal training business.

With a keen interest in learning and understanding more about the health and wellness, Duane furthered his education up-skilling in Kettle-bells, TRX, Indoor Cycling, Aqua, Boxing, Muay Thai and specialising in group personal training he assists in running continuous education courses for Infitness.





Iain Homan

Iain Homan, B.A Human Movement Sciences (University of the Witwatersrand) is one of Johannesburg's top trainers. He has worked with international sports teams, conducted workshops nationally and has previously worked as a personal trainer in many of South Africa's top fitness facilities.

He has been a personal trainer for over 12 years working with top athletes and grandparents, local celebrities, international stars, and many other people from all walks of life, with well over 10 000hours of training and teaching behind him. And just like JT brought sexy back, he is bringing awesomeness back…


Malcolm Gowans

Malcolm is a Personal Trainer (HFPA) a Pilates matt instructor and the FLOWIN® Master Trainer for Southern Africa. Inspired by the functional body and mind-full movement, his influences stem from long standing yoga practice, a deep understanding of Pilates, the discipline of strength and athletic training.

Malcolm's goal is to inspire others to be in alignment with their bodies and to keep functionally fit. Finding the balance between strength and flexibility – core stability and explosive power.





Michelle Goetz

From a young age, Michelle was always moving. Gymnastics, swimming, athletics, Judo, Ballet, and Muay Thai are just some of the sports she has been involved with.

After attaining a diploma in Personal Training through ETA, and various Exercise to Music diplomas through Reebok Alliance, Michelle worked at both the major gym chains, that being Planet Fitness and Virgin Active over the years. Her passion for fitness and exercise led her to a BA in Human Movements science through Stellenbosch University, all the time working at Virgin Active at one of their busiest clubs.

Her passion for the industry has always remained constant and has competed nationally in various Fitness pageants.


Nzabz Zondi

Having attained a Bsc in Sports Science, Njabz went on to pursue an honours degree in Biokinetics. During his Honours degree, he enrolled in numerous courses to further expand his knowledge in the health and fitness industry.

These include courses from Sports Massage to Kettlebell instruction. Njabz has worked in various different roles; ranging from a lifestyle consultant for Virgin Active to performing screening and evaluation testing for the KZN Karate and South African Rowing teams.

He have also been fortunate to assist Transfitness in functional training with Amazulu FC and have been a qualified personal trainer for over 5 years.
